What is your return and exchange policy?
Our return and exchange policy allows returns within 21 days of purchase. To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item is unworn and in undamaged condition.
- Items returned by mail must be in its original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
Items you can’t return
- Engraved and monogrammed products
- Gift cards
In-store returns or exchanges are free of charge, but you must bring the original receipt. If you don’t have your receipt but were able to provide the QR code at the time of purchase, just sign in, click [Hi, Name], and go to 'Orders' to find your order details.
For mail returns, please note that an additional processing fee will apply.

How do I return or exchange an item?
To submit your return or exchange online, follow these steps:
1. Log into your account and click “Orders.”
2. Enter your order number and the email address associated with your purchase.
3. Click “Return items” and select the item you want to return or exchange. Provide the reason for the return or exchange.
- To return multiple items, click “Return more item(s).”
- If not, proceed to select your preferred return method and refund option.
4. Review the summary page and click “Submit.”
5. After submission, the page will refresh, and you’ll receive a return confirmation email.
6. Use the provided label to package your return and drop it off at your nearest USPS location.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund. We will refund your original payment method and may take up to 10 business days.
