Orders

You can shop with LE FIGUE online or in person at our retail locations. We accept a variety of major credit cards and approved payment methods at checkout.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email with your order details. Please review the confirmation carefully and contact us as soon as possible if anything needs to be updated.
If your order was placed through Shop, you may be able to update your shipping details directly after placing the order.
If your order was placed through another payment method or checkout tool, please email us at care@lefigue.com with your order number and the updated shipping address. We will do our best to assist before the order is shipped.
For security reasons, billing details may not always be editable after an order has been placed. If you notice an issue with your billing information, please emailcare@lefigue.comwith your order number as soon as possible, and our team will help review the order.
We accept major credit cards and selected digital payment options online and in store. Available payment methods may vary depending on the checkout method used.
Shipping & Returns
At this time, LE FIGUE ships within the United States only. International shipping is not currently available.
Shipping timing may vary depending on the item.
Most ready-to-ship items are processed within 1–2 business days. Some pieces, including made-to-order, special order, or designer-dependent items, may require approximately 7–14 business days before shipment.
If there is any expected delay or special production timeline, our team will contact you by email.
Many domestic orders arrive within approximately 12–24 hours after shipment, depending on the destination and carrier service. Delivery timing may vary due to carrier conditions, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
We are happy to accept eligible returns within the following return windows:
Earrings may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
All other eligible items may be returned within 21 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging and proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing packaging may not be accepted.
For hygiene reasons, earrings must be completely unworn and in original condition to be eligible for return.
Made-to-order, custom, special order, final sale items, and gift cards may not be eligible for return unless otherwise required by law or approved by LE FIGUE.

Please contact us atcare@lefigue.comwithin 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box. Our team will review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.

LE FIGUE works with a curated selection of designers, and sustainability practices may vary by designer and collection.
Depending on the piece, some of our partner designers may use materials such as lab-grown diamonds, recycled gold, recycled silver, or responsibly sourced materials. When available, these details will be included on the product page or shared by our team upon request.
Yes. LE FIGUE gift cards are available for purchase online and in store.
Gift cards may be used toward eligible purchases online or in person, depending on the checkout method and gift card format. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
To preserve the quality of your jewelry, we recommend keeping each piece away from water, perfume, lotion, chemicals, and excessive humidity. Store your jewelry separately in a pouch or jewelry box when not in use.
For delicate, plated, pearl, gemstone, or handmade pieces, extra care is recommended. Please refer to any care instructions included with your piece or contact our team for guidance.
Product availability may vary between online and in-store locations. Some pieces may be exclusive to a specific store, designer edit, appointment, or limited release.
