Returns & Exchanges
At LE FIGUE, each piece is carefully selected and inspected before it reaches you. We are happy to offer a refund or exchange for eligible items that meet our return policy below.
1. Return Policy
We accept returns for eligible items within 21 days of purchase for in-store purchases, or within 21 days of delivery for online orders.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and in the same condition in which it was received.
- The item must be free from scratches, signs of wear, fragrance, residue, damage, or any other condition that would prevent it from being resold.
- The item must be returned with all original packaging, tags, jewelry boxes, pouches, certificates, warranty cards, dust bags, and any included materials.
- The item must be accompanied by the original receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase.
- The return request must be made within 21 days of purchase or delivery.
- Once a return is approved, the item must be returned to LE FIGUE within 21 days of the return approval.
- Returns for in-store purchases must be made at the original LE FIGUE store location where the item was purchased.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
2. Earrings Return Policy
For hygiene reasons, earrings are subject to a shorter return window.
Eligible earrings may be returned within 14 days of purchase for in-store purchases, or within 14 days of delivery for online orders.
Earrings must be completely unworn, unused, and returned with all original packaging, tags, backings, and hygiene seals, if applicable. Earrings that show any sign of wear, handling, damage, or use cannot be returned.
3. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items that meet the same condition requirements listed above.
Exchanges may be made at any LE FIGUE store location, subject to item availability.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, the customer may choose another eligible item or request store credit, where applicable.
Online orders may be exchanged by contacting care@lefigue.com before sending the item back.
4. Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom, bespoke, made-to-order, or special order items
- Personalized, engraved, monogrammed, resized, repaired, or altered items
- Fine jewelry or high-value pieces marked as final sale
- Items purchased during final sale promotions
- Gift cards, store credits, and promotional credits
- Items without original packaging, tags, certificates, or proof of purchase
- Items that have been worn, used, damaged, altered, or returned outside the eligible return period
- Any item specifically marked Final Sale at the time of purchase
5. Defective or Damaged Items
We carefully inspect every item before sale. If you believe you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at care@lefigue.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.
Defective item claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery or purchase.
If the item is confirmed to be defective, LE FIGUE will provide further instructions and may offer a repair, replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the item and circumstances.
Damage caused by normal wear, improper care, accidental damage, misuse, water exposure, fragrance, chemicals, or third-party repair is not considered a defect.
6. How to Start a Return
To request a return for an online order, please email care@lefigue.com with your order number, full name, item name, reason for return, and photos of the item.
Once your return request is reviewed, we will confirm whether the item is eligible and provide return instructions.
Please do not send any item back without return approval. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
For in-store purchases, returns must be made at the original LE FIGUE store location where the item was purchased.
7. Return Shipping Fee
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
For approved returns by mail, the return shipping fee is as follows:
- Defective item: Free, if approved by LE FIGUE
- Change of mind: $15 return shipping fee
The return shipping fee will be deducted from the refundable amount unless otherwise stated.
LE FIGUE is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
8. Refunds
Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, gift wrapping fees, and any non-refundable service fees are not refundable.
Refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser and original payment method.
9. Store Credit and Gift Returns
Gift returns may be eligible for exchange or store credit only, subject to approval and item eligibility.
Store credit is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
