01Membership

LE FIGUE SOCIETY is our private client program. Membership is free to join and begins at The Guest. Anyone who creates a LE FIGUE account may join. Membership is personal to you, and is offered for your own use as a client of the house.

02Tiers and qualification

There are seven tiers, from The Guest to The Figure. You move into a higher tier as your purchases with us grow, measured over a rolling twelve month period by the amount you spend or the number of orders you place, whichever you reach first.

The Figure is offered by invitation only and is not reached by spending. Tiers are reviewed periodically, and your tier reflects your most recent twelve months with us.

03House Credits

House Credits are the currency of the Society. One hundred House Credits are valued at two dollars toward eligible purchases.

House Credits are earned on eligible purchases at the rate shown for your tier, from one percent at The Guest rising to two and a half percent at the highest tiers, and through welcome, birthday, anniversary, and referral rewards. When you enter a higher tier directly, that tier's welcome credits are granted once on entry, and the credits of earlier tiers are not added retroactively.

House Credits may be applied at checkout toward eligible pieces once your balance reaches five hundred, which is ten dollars, and in increments of one hundred, which is two dollars, above that. They hold no cash value outside the program and cannot be exchanged for cash.

04Member Pricing

Member Pricing is a quieter price applied to eligible full price pieces for members of The Explorer tier and above. It is applied at checkout, with no code required.

Member Pricing does not combine with any other reduced price. It does not apply to pieces already composed at a special rate, including pairings offered at Set 15% and pieces offered on pre-order.

05Eligible and excluded items

Most full price pieces are eligible for House Credits and Member Pricing. The following may not be eligible:

• Fine jewelry
• Bespoke and made to order pieces
• Repairs and services
• Special collaborations and limited editions
• Gift cards, taxes, and shipping
• Selected designer pieces

Eligibility is shown at checkout and may change from time to time.

06Referrals

Members may invite friends to join LE FIGUE SOCIETY. When a friend joins through your invitation and completes a first eligible purchase, House Credits worth fifty dollars are granted to you, and the same to your friend.

One referral reward is granted for each new member. Referral credits follow the same terms as all House Credits. We may set reasonable limits to protect the program from misuse.

07Personal use and transfers

Membership, tier, House Credits, and Member Pricing are personal to you. They cannot be sold, transferred, gifted, or used by anyone else on your behalf. Benefits are intended for your own purchases.

08Leaving and rejoining

You may leave LE FIGUE SOCIETY at any time. If you later rejoin, a new membership begins again at The Guest. A previous tier and any unused credits are not restored, as each tier is earned through the relationship as it grows.

09Online and in store

Your membership is recognized the same way online and at our locations. Your tier, House Credits, and Member Pricing apply across both, on eligible pieces.

10Changes to the program

LE FIGUE SOCIETY is offered at our discretion. We may refine tier thresholds, benefits, credit rates, eligibility, and these terms as the program evolves. Where a change is material, we will let members know.
